  What’s the process of placing an order?  
 

Our website offers an unbelievable convenient ordering process! On the page of the product details, you may see “Place an Order: Step 1” on the bottom. Choose your tailoring mode and you’ll enter the “Step 2”, asking you to fill in some initial information about the clothes. Click “Add to my cart” and you can see all the details about this order in MY EFU—MY CART. Fill in all the necessary details required on the MY CART page and check out. You’ll see the complete order sheet on the next page and click to place this order with EFUSHOP. Once the order is placed, you can no longer edit it. Fulfill the payment by credit card following the guidance or email us for correction of orders, extra requirements or other payment methods. We’ll send you the confirmation of the order and whether the payment is successful or not in 12 hours.

  How can I place an custom-made order?  
 

There are three options on the bottom of every product page.
“1” is to order as ready-made;
“2” is to be custom-made to your own size;
“3” is not only offering your own measurements, but choose your favorite fabric and buttons as well.
Click on the latter two options so that you can place a custom-made order. For other special requirements, please leave in the blank of “Notes”.

 
     
       
       
  How do you define a custom-made dress or a ready-made one?  
 

All our garments are newly tailored upon your order! If you choose to order the style as it is and do not want to offer special measurements (MODE 1), you may still order to change the length of the dress! The second mode applies to those who are after perfect fittingness of the dress and an extra tailoring fee is charged. The last mode is for our customers with sensitive inspirations and creativities! An extra charge is present for choosing a different fabric and buttons.

 
     
       
       
  What's the price of the custom-made clothes?  
 

If you only wish to offer your measurements, the price would be:

original price × 1.15 (FREIGHT EXCLUDED)

If you also want to change the fabric and the buttons, the price would be:

tailoring charge + price of material +buttoning charge (FREIGHT EXCLUDED)

he tailoring charge is listed in every product details. The fabric price is listed on the Fabric pages. The buttons’ price is listed on the Buttons pages.You’ll be asked to choose a fabric and buttons after you choose the third tailoring mode, by clicking on the pictures or directly filling in the code.As a result, it is strongly recommended that you browse on the Fabric and Button pages and make your mind before you place the order.Thus you may record the code of the fabric, fill in it directly and save the time for finding this fabric before you can click on its picture.

NOTES :

All the fabrics are not always suitable for tailoring any styles. Thus sometimes you may find many fabrics hidden on the Choose Your Fabric page. For any doubt and confusion, please contact us in advance of placing such an order.

 
     
       
       
  Is there any extra charge for special requirement that I put with my order?  
 

Some special requirements are free of charge, while others are not. You may only leave Notes with FREE requirements. For other requirements, please email us for specific quotation.

The following requirements are for free:

  • Change of the height of the slits
  • Choose side zip/buttons or back zip
  • Choose specific color for piping and buttons
  • Change the height of the collar

  Do you offer any discount?  
 

We offer discounts on many special occasions such as New Year, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc. You may also get discounts if you order more then 3 pieces in one go.   Can I cancel an order?  
 

After you decide to “create an order”, you can check this order in My eFu=>My Order if you are our member. Do not Check Out until you are sure of every detail of the order. Once you Check Out, this order will be sent to us. Before payment, you can always contact our staff to cancel a sent order. However, if you want to cancel an order after payment and ask for refund, a 5% bank charge will be deducted from your payment to offset our cost.

  Which foreign currencies you accept?  
 

We accept US Dollar, Pound, Euro, Japanese Yen, Deutsche Mark, French Franc, Hong Kong dollar, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar. The conversion from RMB to foreign currency is based on the purchase day's foreign exchange quote price in China Bank.

If you don't know the foreign exchange quote price, please contact us with E-mail.

However, if you pay with credit card, you don’t have to worry about the exchange rate.The credit card system will automatically exchange your currency.

 
     
       
       
  What payment method do you accept?

  How to pay by credit cards (Visa and Master Only)  
 

We recommend payment by CREDIT CARD, which is fast and low in handling charge.

  Why my credit card payment failed?  
 

A payment may fail because of:

  • Network problem.After you submit your credit card details, it may take some time for the payment page to come out but it appears “pages not found”. Then you may try later because your network is not working well with our payment system.
  • Credit card rejection. Some cards with previous abnormal records may be rejected by our payment system.
  • Visa 3D-SECURE IDENTIFICATION. If you are using a Visa card, please contact your card issuer to have your card identified. The International Visa Organization newly adopts this 3D-SECURE IDENTIFICATION system for the sake of payment security. Those cards without this identification will be rejected.

Whenever such situation happens, please do not hesitate to contact our service staff. They will quickly help you finish the payment.

 
     
       
  How to pay by international money order?  
 

If you choose to pay by money order, simply go to your nearest counter and purchase your money order made payable in US$ dollars. The counter clerk will know what to do. We will NOT be able to accept money orders IF the currency is NOT in US$. Please write your Order Number on your money order .

  How soon can I receive my goods?  
 

For ordinary cheongsam, you may receive one piece in 12 days if delivered by TNT Global Express!

For special qipao such as hand painting and embroidery ones, the process duration is a little longer. You may contact our staff for the exact delivery date or simply trace it in MY EFU--MY ORDER if you're our member!

If you choose Postal air package delivery, we guarantee that you receive the goods within 40 business days since we confirm your payment.

 
     
       
       
  How do you calculate the freight? What is Unit Freight?  
 

Unit Freight, depending on the destination, is the freight you have to pay for the first piece of your purchase. And the freight for any one more piece is half of the Unit Freight.

Example:

Unit price to USA: 18USD

Ordering 3 pieces means:

$18 + $9 + $9 = $36

So the total freight for 3 pieces to USA is $36.

 
     
       
       
  Will the goods be damped, blemished or damaged on the way of transportation?  
 

No, it won't happen. We packing dress in plastic bag packing at first! Then, we put it in a TNT packet or a postal packet! That ensures that the goods can't be damped, blemished or damaged.

 
     
       
       
  What if my package is damaged or has a manufacturing defect?

  Can I receive the dress even faster?  
 

If you want to us rush the order, simply click on the Rush Order option!With this option you are able to receive your clothes 5 days faster than usual!

NOTES:

Since we will make your clothes with superior priority, there will be an extra charge for each clothes ranging from $10 to $20, depending on our production schedule.We adjust this amount every week and you’re always able to see the newest figure on the ordering page.

Some apparals require complicate tailoring and we cannot do it faster any more! If you want to place an order of handpainting,embroidery or special cheongsam, please consult us before you click on the Rush Order button.

  Why is your site so slow?

  How often is your website updated with new products?  
 

We try to update our website with new products almost constantly. You can keep up with our new products by visiting our site from time to time by checking out our What’s New sections available in every category.

 
     
       
       
  Does eFushop charge for tax?  
 

eFushop does not impose ANY tax on our customers. However, customs tax and duties may or may not be charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. This is a random process and very rare in our experience with worldwide customers. Rates range from a few percentage points although we cannot accurately determine how much these fees will be since it varies from country to country. Normal business practice is for the customer to be responsible for custom duties.

However, Efushop will help you with such situation! Should a package be liable for duties, you may fax us your tax receipt and WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU HALF THE AMOUNT!
