When can
I expect my dress to arrive? |

EFUSHOP GUARANTEES 12-DAY TAILORING!
After both you and our staff confirm * about the order,
the whole tailoring takes 12 days and then delivered
to you. If you choose speedy delivery, you may receive
it within 15 days!
For special qipao such as hand painting and embroidery
ones, the process duration is a little longer. You may
contact our staff for the exact delivery date or simply
trace it in MY EFU--MY ORDER if you're our member!
*About confirmation: After you place an order to us,
our staff will check with it and send you the first
confirmation in 12 hours~24 hours. Some questions or
suggested corrections about the order may be included
in this email. The order is FINALLY CONFIRMED when the
payment is successful and the details of the order is
confirmed on both sides. |

Why can't I order some
dresses AT IT IS sometimes? |

You can choose ANY STYLE from our website! But some
original fabrics you see in the pictures may be Out
Of Stock now so we could only use another fabric instead.
You may contact our service people for similar fabrics
or any other requirements!Most of our customers finally
find their fabrics! |

Why my payment failed? |
|
| |
|
A payment may fail because of:
- network problem. After you submit your credit card
details, it may take some time for the payment page
to come out but it appears “pages not found”.Then
you may try later because your network is not working
well with our payment system.
- credit card rejection.Some cards with previous abnormal
records may be rejected by our payment system.
- Visa 3D-SECURE IDENTIFICATION. If you are using
a Visa card, please contact your card issuer to have
your card identified. The International Visa Organization
newly adopts this 3D-SECURE IDENTIFICATION system
for the sake of payment security. Those cards without
this identification will be rejected.
Whenever such situation happens, please do not hesitate
to contact our service staff. They will quickly help
you finish the payment.

staff to arrange you a swatch. For less than 5 pieces
of sample fabrics, you only need to pay the freight!For
